From 4–7 September 2025, Geneva Watch Days prepares for its sixth edition as the industry’s leading informal trade event. Created in 2020, the independent, citywide showcase has become a defining summer moment for collectors, retailers, and media – welcoming over 13 800 visitors last year.
What’s new? A record 66 brands will present their latest timepieces – from historic maisons to inventive independents – offering a complete view of watchmaking today. Inspired by lakeside leisure, the central Pavilion returns with a nautical look, and 150 pieces will be on display in this open-access exhibition. The Culture Club offers curated talks and panels, while a refreshed website streamlines itineraries for all attendees.
Swiss broadcasters Radio Lac and Carac TV join live from their on-site GlassBox studio for the first time, amplifying the event’s reach and excitement.
Why attend? Beyond the laid-back atmosphere and direct access to the industry’s top names, Geneva Watch Days 2025 introduces Calibership. In this thrilling, first-of-its-kind competition, 40 aspiring regulators compete under the guidance of Geneva Watchmaking School students. It’s the ultimate test of precision and passion, and registration is now open.
One of the most meaningful moments, however, comes from the charity auction with Phillips in Association with Bacs & Russo. Now in its third year, the auction has raised over CHF 200 000 to support aspiring watchmakers through the Pierre Amstutz Fund, honouring the late Geneva Watchmaking School director. It’s a standout initiative that reinforces the values of mentorship and craft that define this community.
“Open up! Dare! Innovate! That’s what Geneva Watch Days is all about,” says Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of Bulgari Group and President of GWD. “Even in a fully digital age, nothing replaces human connection – the encounters, the conversations, the direct exchange.”
In short, if you love watches – and the people and ideas that shape them – Geneva Watch Days 2025 is where you’ll want to be.
