We asked some top bartenders to create some cocktails with the unmatched Inverroche Amber.

The taste profile description alone is already enticing: “a lavish mélange of fruit, flowers, and spice with ever-evolving woody base notes that open with accords of ripe red fruit and oaky spice before a big characterful palate filled with florals, spicy notes, bittersweet chocolate orange, baked quince, and a brisk juniper to finish”.

This is Inverroche Amber, whose unmatched colour, depth of taste and rich aroma is sustainably crafted to encapsulate a distinctive gin as unmistakable as those who savour it, offering a taste reminiscent of an early-evening stroll through a field of fynbos. A taste that is a kind like no other, that four of the most distinctive bars in South couldn’t agree with more!

Inverroche Amber has been the inspiration behind these bar’s eight extraordinary new cocktails, led by the renowned teams at Saint and Marble restaurants in Johannesburg, The Athletic Club & Social in Cape Town, and The Lighthouse Bar at The Oyster Box in Umhlanga, who have alchemised the golden luxury of Inverroche Amber into a series of bespoke cocktails to delight the senses.
